Today, 7 August 2008, the government is going to charge Anwar Ibrahim for the alleged crime of sodomy. What they do not know yet is that we have a few surprises in store for them. One of them is the documents below. They will most probably deny Anwar bail just so that they can keep him in jail the entire duration of the trial. These documents, however, prove that there is no case against Anwar and the police are trying to build a case around fabricated evidence. [rpk]

Ezam enggan mengulas
Sementara itu, Mohamad Ezam enggan mengulas dakwaan ahli Majlis Pimpinan Tertinggi PKR, Badrul Hisham Shaharin bahawa beliau pernah bertemu Mohd Saiful Bukari Azlan pada 27 Jun lalu, sehari sebelum bekas pembantu Anwar melaporkan kepada polis mendakwa diliwat bekas majikannya itu.
Badrul Hisham jua mendakwa Mohamad Ezam telah mendapat maklumat bahawa terdapatnya “konspirasi kedua” terhadap penasihat PKR itu empat bulan lalu.
“Saya diberitahu oleh dua orang yang hadir di mesyuarat tersebut bahawa Ezam menyatakan akan berlaku terhadap Anwar tuduhan yang sama tetapi watak yang berbeza,” katanya, lapor edisi terbaru Suara Keadilan

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today admitted that Saiful Bukhari Azlan met him a few days before the latter lodged the police report against Parti Keadilan Rakyat de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for alleged sodomy, according to a Malaysiakini report (Najib mengaku jumpa Saiful & DPM admits meeting sodomy complainant)
Menurutnya, Saiful menemuinya beberapa hari sebelum membuat laporan polis tersebut, bercerita mendakwa dia telah diliwat oleh Anwar.
‘Saya mula-mula tidak berapa yakin dengan ceritanya. Saya menerima kedatangannya atas sifat saya seorang pemimpin.
‘Dia datang beberapa hari lalu, sebelum laporan polis dibuat. Dia datang kerana mahu pertolongan dari saya,’ katanya sambil menambah, Saiful kenal salah seorang pegawainya.

Cerita Dari RPK
Now, Rodwan met Saiful three days earlier and these two exchanged at least eight phone calls. Nevertheless, no police report was made until Saiful had visited two hospitals -- three days later. Why engage in eight phone calls and have a secret meeting with Rodwan in a hotel room, and only after visits to two hospitals does Saiful make his police report?
Let us look at the timeline again.
1) Saiful and Rodwan speak over the phone at least eight times over a few days.
2) At 2.30pm on 25 June 2008, Saiful and Rodwan meet in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
3) On 26 June 2008, Saiful’s ass allegedly gets ‘raped’ by Anwar.
4) At 2.00pm on 28 June 2008, Saiful goes to Pusat Rawatan Islam (Pusrawi, a ‘halal’ hospital) to complain that he can’t shit. He tells the doctor he can’t shit because someone buggered his asshole -- whereas that would instead have made it easier for him to shit.
5) The doctor peeps into Saiful’s asshole and discovers that his asshole is still as virgin as Raja Petra Kamarudin’s.
6) The doctor then suggests, for purposes of the police report, he goes to a government hospital for a second opinion.
7) However, instead of getting a second opinion, Saiful goes to the pondok polis at the hospital to lodge a police report. Sources in Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) say that no second medical examination was done whereas the police say it was. Considering that the police report was made within an hour or two after Saiful left the first hospital, it is highly likely the hospital is telling the truth while the police are lying.
It must be noted that Saiful met the police BEFORE the so-called sodomy act took place. The sodomy was supposed to have happened on 26 June while Saiful met the police on 25 June. And it was not until 28 June that he went to hospital and made the police report a couple of hours later. And all this culminated not only after the secret meeting in the hotel room on 25 June but after eight phone calls as well.
If Saiful was sodomised, would he not tell Rodwan about it during the secret meeting in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel on 25 June 2008? And why in the first place did they meet in secret in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel on 25 June 2008? Should they not be meeting in a police station or in the police headquarters? And, most important of all, would you not want to meet the police AFTER instead of before the so-called sodomy took place (never mind whether the meeting is in secret in a hotel room or conducted the right way, in a police station)?
Would anyone in his or her right mind believe this latest sodomy allegation? Okay, I said ‘right mind’. Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi wants the police to charge Anwar while the Cabinet is against it. The Cabinet feels there is no evidence, not only to convict Anwar, but even to charge him in the first place. But Abdullah wants the police to pursue the case and to charge Anwar. As I said, no one in his right mind would believe the allegation against Anwar but then Abdullah is not a person known to be in his right mind.
And why does Abdullah want so much for the police to charge Anwar? Simple: because his Deputy, Najib Tun Razak, would invariably get dragged into this whole mess. The police have recorded both Najib’s and his wife’s statements under Section 112. So that means Najib and Rosmah would both have to take the witness stand to testify during the course of the trial. Once that happens, everything will flow freely like shit through an asshole that’s been sodomised.
During the course of Anwar’s impending trial, Malaysians will be told of the link Saiful has with Mumtaz Jaafar. Malaysians will also be told who Mumtaz Jaafar is and what her ‘special’ links with Rosmah are. Further to that, Malaysians will be told about the relationship between Najib’s Special Officer, Khairul Anas, and Saiful -- and the less than manly reputation these two buggers had while still in school. Yes, the excitement and kinky sex that is going to spill over from this trial will cause Astro to lose a lot of business.
The Anwar sodomy trial will hurt Najib more than it will hurt Anwar. At the end of the trial the court will declare that there is not enough evidence to secure a conviction. It will be a long five or six years but eventually Anwar will be free. However, during the course of the five- to six-year trial, Anwar will have to sit in jail because he will be denied bail. Yes, Anwar will be free in the end, but only after spending five to six years in jail without bail.

Saya percaya kesetiaan Janna Syariza sekali-kali tidak dapat menandingi setiakasih Wan Azizah terhadap Anwar Ibrahim.
Menurut cakap-cakap beberapa orang teman yang berada dalam lingkungan akrab Janna, khabarnya gadis yang didakwa oleh Suara Keadilan sebagai anak kepada Mumtaz Jaafar ini (hakikatnya, Janna bukan anak Mumtaz Jaafar!) sedikit goyah kesetiaannya tatkala tersebar luas salinan transkrip laporan perubatan seorang 'lelaki' baru-baru ini. Laporan perubatan itu menyatakan bahawa 'lelaki' tersebut masih teruna duburnya.
Janna Syariza semestinya bukanlah satu-satunya gadis yang pernah hadir dalam kehidupan seorang 'lelaki' yang pernah merakamkan gambar dengan Khairil Annas Jusoh di Pejabat Timbalan Perdana Menteri suatu ketika dahulu.
Sememangnya bukan rahsia di kalangan teman-teman kampus bahawa 'lelaki' ini pernah meninggalkan gadis yang kini menjadi tunangannya untuk memadu kasih dengan seorang perawan dari seberang. Bergelar seorang buronan cinta barangkali menjadikan dirinya seorang yang bijak berpura-pura dan bermuka-muka.

Cuba tanyakan kepadanya, apakah janji-janji dan sumpah-sumpah yang pernah dilafazkan kepada bekas-bekas kekasihnya dulu sudah ditunaikan atau sebaliknya. Surat Saiful Sebelum Melapor

Satu lagi,
Untuk pengetahuan semua pelajar-pelajar UNITEN yang saya rindui dan kasihi, semalam saya baru sahaja memohon kepada pihak Uniten untuk membenarkan saya menamatkan pengajian a.k.a berhenti.
Saya membuat keputusan setelah saya berfikir panjang("setahun")dan mendengar nasihat dari pelbagai pihak.
Untuk pengetahuan semua, keputusan peperiksaan saya amat teruk semasa saya berada didalam MPP. Sem 1 06/07 GPA 1.0, Sem 2 GPA 0.8 dan CGPA saya sekarang 1.69.
Secara logiknya, untuk saya menaikkan CGPA saya dan menamatkan pengajian ia akan memakan masa selama 5 semester = 2 1/2 tahun lagi. Jadi bagi saya, ia tidak berbaloi.
Semenjak dari kecil cita-cita saya bukan seperti yang saudara-saudari sangkakan iaitu menjadi seorang ahli Politik. Tetapi cita-cita saya adalah untuk menjadi seorang PILOT(Juruterbang). Saya mengambil bidang ini pon kerana pada ketika itu Allahyarhamah ibu saya sakit tenat, beliau sudah menyimpan wang untuk saya mencapai cita-cita saya tetapi pada ketika itu wang itu terpaksa digunakan untuk menanggung kos perubatan.
Pada ketika itu, yang ada didepan mata hanyalah tawaran pinjaman Yayasan Tenaga Nasional dalam bidang kejuruteraan. Jadi saya tidak mempunyai pilihan dan terpaksalah menerima tawaran itu.
Tetapi jauh disudut hati, memang saya telah tekad, Selepas sahaja saya menamatkan ijazah, saya akan cuba sedaya upaya juga untuk menjadi seorang juruterbang.
Allamdulillah, mungkin berkat doa ibu saya yang kini berada dialam barzakh dikabulkan. Saya telah mendapat tawaran untuk mengikuti kursus dalam bidang penerbangan di Asia Pacific Flight Training di Kota Bharu. Saya akan masuk pada JUN 2008 dan dijangka tamat pada DEC 2009. =)
Kalau nak cerita lagi panjang tapi cukup setakat sini sahajalah. Lagipun ni bukan blog saya, saya menumpang je.. =P
Jadi, adakah impian atau agenda saya selama ini benar seperti yang saudara Najwan war war kan? Anda sahaja lah yg tafsir dan fikirkan.
Sekali lagi, saya tidak menyalahkan saudara Najwan kerana beliau tidak tahu dan tidak rapat dengan saya. Sesiapa pun akan menganggap saya ni mempunyai cita-cita politik.
Bagi saya tak salah berbaik dengan sesiapa pon. Saya adalah jenis orang yang tidak suka bermusuh. Lagi ramai kenalan, tak kiralah Menteri, Pemimpin Pembangkang, gangster atau tukang sapu sampah sekali pon, suatu hari tanpa disangka orang-orang ini lah yang dapat membantu kita.
Kesimpulannya, rapatkan silaturrahim sesama manusia dan elakkan bermusuhan sesama manusia.
